The 4th Annual Science of Beer at Discovery Centre brings together Nova Scotia’s brewing community for an evening of tasting, hands‑on science, and behind‑the‑scenes learning. Guests can sample a variety of local brews, meet producers from across the province, and explore how traditional techniques and modern innovation shape great beer.
